Mouse lag in menus---the fix is in here...sort of :) |
|
Simply look at the ground and then go to the menu screen. I think that the reason for the slow mouse is that when the menu is open, the fps drops down to 10 or so...but you need around 30 to have a smooth moving mouse...so when you look at the ground, there is less detail for your computer to process(just the few close up texures for the terrain), which results in an increase in fps and gives you smooth menu experience...its a bit of a work around, but it worked for me in just about every situation. |

Only happened me when I used quincux (whatever it's called) anti-aliasing. So I thought it was bug with that.. but yes might aswell be just low fps thing. Try disabling AA if you have problems. |

I also had mouse lag after I turned on AA. Goes away when I turn it back off. _________________ "If you're killed you've lost a very important part of your life." - Brooke Shields |

the lag is cased because its transparent some and still renders whats behind the menu also, you might try making the menu transparancy all the way down instead of up and that will help also. |
