Where oh where is the Baltram and Where oh where is the bow

I had the sound off while talking to N, I assumed that the info would be in my Log Book...Guess what, Directions would be great.

Who stole the bow, I'm starting off Chapt 2 and dont want to miss out on anything.

If you mean Bosper's bow - the thieves guild stole it.

Baltram should be one of the merchants on the marjketplace near east gate of Khorinis.
As Krzychu stated Bosper`s Bow was stolen by thieves guild and can be found, together with silver stuff that belongs to Coragon - bartender in tavern, inside sewer system under Khorinis.
