I noticed that morrowindfiles.com has been down for a couple of days. This is, in my opinion, the best site for downloading Morrowind plug-ins. Does anyone know why this site is down? Just wondering.

It might be that they have had too much bandwidth usage and had to shut the service down. A site mainly consisting of downloads is hard to keep alive financially, since noone wants to advertise on it and the costs are very high, usually.
Just look at Morrowind Summit. Although they are backed by Gamespy, they throttle the downloads in a way that they are virtually offline most of the time.
