Oremine near Dexter´s camp and the sceleton cave

In the ore mine by Dexter´s camp which was full fith crawlers I found a spot where I can start smashing into the wall. Yet nothing happends. Anypne else bothered by this too?

ANd the sceletoncave... is there some sort of meaning with it? Cleaned it out easily but then I got to a dead end and that was it. What have I missed?

The only meaning is to get a feeling that the world is real. Our hero can do whatever the other humans in the world can do(digging for ore, turning the meat over the grill, and so on), but you can never gain anything from it.

There is nothing in the cave except a few treasures in a chest or two.

Also, hello, and welcome!

You probably have a pickaxe in your inventory and are chipping away on some ore...

Thx, nice to be here. Yes it would probably seem as if it´s just a natural thing. He diggs but finds nothing. Not everything gives you something IRL either I guess.

You can find some ore in the caves which are usefull later. Be carefull not to kill all the mine crawlers before you learnt the minecrawler plate skill. They make a good armour in chapter 2.

Yes, the smith. In the mine you're discribing you can find 5 pieces of ore which can be used for a magic blade.
