Another easy question...
   

Sorry for the reposting of a question I'm sure has been asked many times before, but I can't find out how to do this ---

Can you swivel and zoom the camera around in 3rd person mode?

Hold down the Tab button - but this only allows you to look at the character, you can't move. If there is a way to adjust the camera angle while moving, I don't know it.
