Is there anything special in the store room under Gomez's house???

There's a nice two-handed sword, but nothing special.

There are three doors to go through down there. The cool looking sword is in the second room. The third room leads to the dungeon where they keep the prisoners.

now i found the ore and arrows, one of which is still stuck in the door-frame, but i didn't find the sword
