When you free stone from the Guards dungeon, he's supposed to go back to his smith shop. When you stop by, he offers to do something for you, for free, as a reward for freeing him. However, he gets stuck on the bodies of Rodriguez and Torres. I have gone through four times, and only once did he manage to NOT get stuck. I want that ore armor upgrade! HELP

I never had problems with his pathfinding.
You can try to kick him over these bodies (unequip you sword before).
Other possibilities are killing Rodriguez and Torres somewhere else or take control of them, revitalize them with F8 and walk them out of the way.

Did you leave the area then come back, or did Stone walk right to his smithy? (I didn't kill the two mages, they were killed by Gomez's men) |

I never did get the upgraded Ore Armor. After I freed Stone he walked out and was attacked by a Guard that I had not killed yet. I saved his butt by killing the guard then he was mad at me for killing him and would not speak to me afterwards. I hadn't saved for a while so I just continued without it. I still had no problem finishing the game. |

Gorath, did you say "kick"? How do you do that, I have only been able to punch? |

Well, you have to see it metaphorically. |
