How do you raise the bars to cell with 2nd 1/2 of scroll in the orc cematary. Searched all over for switch!

there is a switch in that room search better you will find it

Man I must be a morron cant find it. Does anyone remember where switch is exactly.

There are at least two switches in that area. They are not highly visible switches but blend in with their surroundings. As you entered the area for the first time; look along the bottom left corner of the cell door frame-work on the first couple of cells on the right hand side of the room. This is not the switch; but it will give you an idea of what they look like. I think the other one you might need a torch for (but not necessary)
