Dark mushrooms give 10 mana points, apples give 1 strength. Don't know how many of each you need. Dragonroots give 1 str each, goblin berries give 1 dex each, Thekla's stew gives one str each. Those are the free ones I know about.

You can also donate gold to a roadside shrine for a bonus, donation must be a minimum of 50 gp to get a bonus. Lastly if you donate 1000 gp, 50 gp at a time to the fire mage in the town square name of Daron, he gives you many bonuses of hitpoints.

if you read the book called "The divine power of the stars" you get 2+ mana. You can buy it from constantino or zuris.

25 apples -> + 1 strength 5 (only once)
50 dark mushrooms -> +2 Mana (only once)
coragon's beer ->euh.. forgot
theklas stew ->euh.. forgot too
dragon root -> +1 strength
Goblin berry -> +1 Dexterity
Donations to the fire mage on the marketplace-> it differs, always donate the least gold as there is a maximum gold limit he will take from you and an expensive donation gives as much as a cheap one.
Prayers to Innos Statue-> once per day, ten times. as a mercenary, dragonhunter, novice, magician and militia -> + 5 HP or +1 strength
As a paladin: + 10 HP or + 2 strength.

Constant effect potions:

Potion of strength: +5 str
Potion of Dexterity: + 5 Dexterity
Potion of mana: + 10 mana
Potion of life: + 10 HP
You can learn to make these potions with the ingredients that are listed n your manual, so dont eat all your dragonroots and goblin berries on the first time you see em ( and especially not the kings sorrels)

i'm not sure of this, though its been a while since i played gothic 2. ( been busy on morrowind)

Praying to a Statue with a Novice/Mage always gives mana. 5 or 10, I can't remember.

I memorised it. 'potion of life' isn't the correct name, i think and it could be it gives a +15 HP bonus instead of 10
