potion of flight stays active???
   

Another bug today (man!). When using a potion of flight, I can keep using this (even after the icon on the bottom right is gone). I keep flying around until I save & reload.

Sounds like you need to do a clean reinstall of both the game and the expansion. The number and variety of issues you're having is very unusual.
