Where is the entrance to the Temple of Illusions?

How do I accept the challenge? I already showed the snake queen that I have Krahoz. I tried to get to room 25 on lev 6, which is labeled as the Entrance to the Temple of Illusions, but it's blockec with that ectoplasm wall. What do I do? Thanks

The snake queen didn't give me any glowing thing.

Temple

You are where it is. You need the key from the Queen. Did you get the quest to get both rings from the king and Felnor? Have you tried to destroy the meteor and failed? Did you save Shanny?

What was your last action? I want to help you do whatever it was you missed so you can start this. Also did you download and install patch. This game is very buggy without it.
