stuck in game- everyone's attacking me..

not too sure where i should have posted this, but here's my problem:

in the 2nd chapter, at the mine with fajeth, i just got to the camp with my sword drawn (was fighting critters right up to the camp) and triggered Bilgot's talking...with my sword drawn..so the convict next to him does the whole "put it up" number, and by the time Bilgot's talking is over, it's supposedly too late for me to "put up the sword", so everyone in the camp is attacking me.

ok..freak accident..there any of those marvin command things i've heard so much about (but failed to find any that do with this situation) i can use to get them to settle down and stop attacking me so i could continue the mission?

Try to load a previous save game or just run away and come back a bit later with your sword down(if you sleep in the meanwhile it will surely be solved). Normally the shouldn't attack you anymore
