where is the main guy and where is the guilde building?

Hlaalu Council House is in Bamora, this is where you go to join House Hlaalu and start questing for them. The MAIN Hlaalu Counselor is in Ebonheart but you won't need to talk to him for awhile. You will mostly deal with Curio and Endryn in Vivec, at the House Hlaalu Canton. Curio is in the Curio Manor in the Plaza level ontop of the Hlaalu Canton. Endryn is in her room in the Waistworks level of the Hlaalu Canton.
