Note (little spoilers)

I noticed that you can bring any CPC with you into rapax territory if you use the T'Rang teleporter to go there (their stats will take a significant hit while in the area but they will continue to get exp and recover as soon as you leave), I was mostly wanting to get that info out as it seems unknown, and to ask if anyone has had a similar experience with the teleport spell. I haven't gone to the trouble, since I really like where my teleports are set up (gets me to all the most frequented places with with 2 or 3 loads max), and am reluctant to move them.

Works the same way with teleport spell. Supposedly the effect on the RPC is similar to a hex condition.

but you have to listen to their constant bitching about being in that area. Gawd I wanted to smack Vi upside the head while we were in Rapax Rift. Fer cryin' out loud, Vi survived a fight with Dark Savant and she's worried about Rapax?
