Cannot enchant with cast on strike :( Problem solved. Ignore

Hello, I have been trying to enchant a dwarven longsword to do some damage when hitting an enemy but when I select the fire damage (or poison or whatever) I do not get an option to use cast on strike. Touch,self and target are available though. Anybody know what might be going wrong for me? Thanks

Found it

Hmm, I should have looked harder, at bottom left of the screen is the cast on strike selection. Should have been with the others i think, but thanks anyways people

Wouldn't "touch" be what you're looking for, since touching for a weapon is a successful hit?
