I am an administrator of one PHP forum. And i have few questions about it.
How to attract members ???
What does "Split-Topic" mean and when to use it ?
What to put on forum to make the members stay and talk about it ?
How to make custom templates like "icicle" or "DarkEQ" are ?

As for "Split Topic", you use it to split a topic into two. I.E. move a number of posts to a new thread. |

If you want members, then you need to talk about interesting stuff or have something that attracts a unique group, then grow from there.
