Thief Quest: Land Deed in Vivec Library...where?

ok I don't know all the names and stuff, but I will try and explain.

I am already Master of the Thieves Guild, but I still have a quest I would like to finish. It is given out by Gentleman Jim Stacey having to do with those Gloves of the Balwhatever.

He says to return a land deed to a widow, and the land deed is in the Vivec Library. So I have been looking all over the library near the Hall of Wisdom to no avail. I can't find a land deed anywhere.

Is there another Library in Vivec or am I missing something?

I found that land deed by accident in the Hall of Wisdom library during the Blades quest. It is located on the bottom shelf to the left of the priest chick when you face her. Look under some books and the a small corner of the deed will be sticking out. I got it and went back and broke into the house in Seyda Neen that it refers to but thats all I did. Where do you get the quest to find the deed?

Thanks. I had searched that Library all over several times. As always, right after I posted I found them

under that book.

That deed is for a quest in the Thieves Guild given by the Master Thief Jim Stacey in Vivec's Foreign Region.
