I need help with AddItem and the book "Chimarvamidium&q

I am suffering from the bug that makes this book dissappear and I can't complete the mage guild quest because of it. I need to know the command to add in the AddItem line so that I can add this book in. Anyone know what the book is called in the .csm or wherever it is?

Just look in the editor under books and it's add item code will be in the first column.
