Can be everything. NForce 2 still has a lot of driver issues. I have no problems with my board, though. Stable and fast.

is it a soltek? cause i've had nothing but trouble with them and gothic.

System Hang
   

Have you found the problem already because i have the same problem, 2 minutes and system crash/hang.

Setup:
Windows XP Pro
All the latest drivers (all games run perfectly except Gothic 2)
AMD1600mhz
Asus geforce 4ti 128kb
Aopen AK73pro (a) mainboard
650/133 ram
130 gig hd
Via chipset
