I am pretty new (lvl 6) and have completed almost all of the "join" quests for all 3 camps. Is there an order I can join in that will let me jump to all 3 camps? or possibly any way to finish without joining a camp at all?

The best you can do is to join 2 camps by the end. You have to join a camp.

Which 2? I am guessing New and Sect.

you can't join all 3 camps.
I don't know if you can finish it without joining a camp but you prolly can.
but that would be stupid IMO since you get kickass armors and weapons training from a camp when you join them.

If you join Old camp (f. e. as firemage), you will work for Sect camp and later you will join New Camp (watergames).
But it is not really "joining all three camps".

If you join the old camp as a guard or a fire mage you can join the new camp later.

If you join the sect or the new camp I think you stay a member of that camp until you don't need camps anymore.

If you are worried that choosing one of the camps will offend the others, and ruin your interaction with them...don't worry. Other than a couple meaningless NPC encounters the camp you choose will not really matter to anyone in the other camps. But as was already stated it will give you perks within that particular camp.

If you go through the game without belonging to a guild you can't learn 2h sword or magic and you need one or the other.
