Delyna Mandas mentioned that her father, Arethan Mandas is probably worried about her. She gave me a locket to take to Arethan Mandas as proof that she is safe.

I need to find Arethan Mandas. Delyna Mandas also tells me that the only person that would know the where abouts of Arethan Mandas, her father, is her father's close friend Athyn Sarethi(?). I found him in the Skar in Ald'Ruhn, in his own manor. When I speak to him there is no option to converse about Arethan Mandas.
Where could I find Arethan Mandas?

from Adruhn, head out to maargan (spelling!), at junction where if you go direct you will out of Ashland, go right will come to maargan = you should take first option instead. He is in some cave called Milk near right side of the road going on out of Ashland.
