I got the eggs from the mine, and then gave them to cor korum or whatever, then went back to Raven to report, and my guy says, they want the mine crawler eggs for the invocation, i got them right here, and raven says good, but i didnt even have them.

Was i supposed to give them to him instead(iam a gaurd) and since he accepted the non-exiting ones, should I care?

I wouldn't care if I were you. You needed to give some of the eggs to Kor Kahlom (or whatever his name is) since it is crucial to the game. If you hadn't given him some of the eggs then the story wouldn't go on and you'd be stuck in chapter 2.
I collected 7 eggs from the queens nest and only gave Kor Kahlom (or whatever) 3 of them. I'm still carrying the rest around.

Don't worry, everything is going as it is supposed to.
