Will the upcoming patch improve unarmed combat?

I tried asking this on the official boards, but no one responded to it. Currently, it seems unarmed combat is fairly useles, unless you want to play a pacifist. But for those that want to play a monk-type of character, it is almost useless. Is there any info on it?

I don't think so. I heard that the developers like hand to hand the way it is. According to a post I saw much earlier, the devs liked hand to hand the most.

I haven't tried this yet but do you a charater who has 100 unarmermed points? Is there something else that is needed to coincide with unarmored? Wearing no armor would be helpful in not having to overload the weight load.
