I just bought Morrowing and it seems very fun but 4 some reason in the place where u get your release when i go through a certain door the game automatically quits...why is it doing that? |

If you havent already go ahead and patch it to the latest version and update your drivers (sound,video,etc) as well if you haven't already. If the problem continues, post you system specifications.

Download the patch from the hosting site(s), save it to your HDD, and read the installing instructions coming with it. In most cases you just doubleclick on the archive and the program leads you through the installation process.

the game works, now, but i have more problems. in the mission where Caius tells u 2 go 2 vivic and talk 2 the 3 people about the sixth house and that cult and all that...i did the mission and bought the projects of truth book which i needed 4 the mission, and then i went back to Cauis and he's acting like i didn't do the mission yet...is there anything i did wrong or is the game just messed up? |

Maybe there's something specific you need to ask him? Try clicking on some of the dialogue options you're presented with - maybe you need to tell him "Progress of Truth" or "Orders" or something.

I hate when that happens is very familiar on Morrowind to happen But all you need to do is click on all the dialog options like cfmdobbie said or maybe you miss something in Vivec try talking with the guys again.

i've tried all of that...nothing is working and i'd like to progress in the game. i'm getting really bored and annoyed of doing all these side quests. please doesn't anyone know what i should do???  |

There is a solution, which would be to use the console to add the journal entry that marks that quest as complete. Unfortunately I'm not good enough with the dialogue system in the construction set to tell you exactly what that command should be. If your question isn't answered here, you can certainly find the answer on the "cheats, hints and spoilers" forum at Bethesda's site. |
