taking over houses/towers

have any of you taken over any cool towers or houses where you can store your stuff and use as a residence?? Any houses where the chests don't 'regenerate' their contents on their own>?

Er, just take Dura gra-Bol's house in Balmora. It's roomy, and since she's an outlaw you won't get in trouble for killing her. But the crates DO regenerate, so be warned - I lost lots of gooooood stuff.

Leave the stuff on the floor, not in chests. Floors won't regenerate. I've kept a single Grand Soul Gem on the floor over a bridge in Balmora for years, and it's still there.
