Bandit Camp
   

Is there anything special there besides a bunch of nasty criminals that want to kill you? I'm collecting all the focus stines, attempting to anyway, and I ran across this camp. I managed to take out a few but I'm wondering if I should even do that now. If I take them out will it interfere with any other chapter? Does it matter? There's an npc named Quentin, but I can't find info on him either.

The have no bearing on the outcome of the game. Do with them as you please.

I have absolutely no idea what they are for, apart from experience points when you beat them up or kill them. Although, they are connected to the weed producers of the New Camp.

If you joined the Sect camp you would have gotten a quest to rid the New Camp weed producers. After you rid them... this is where they go. They belong to the thug camp... and the thug camp is somehow connected to the Rogues. Note that they're all wearing rogue armor.

They are the remains of a quest cut due to time and funding reasons.
