ShortCut to become Guard ?
   

Lord Andre said that if i find Theives Guild he would let me shortcut the system, and become a guard then i could get in to see about the artifact .... is this a super hard way to get in to speak to someone about the Innos Artifact ?

im off to a slow start.. i have not taken any jobs from the towns people yet.

or should i just should get a job, work, become a citizen, then join the millatia ?
