Arrrgh! How do I see my framerate?!

Can someone please tell me how to turn on the framerate counter in the bottom right corner? I have it showing on one computer, but I just got a new PC and now I can't remember the console command.

I thought it was "setframe" or something like that, but nothing I've tried works.

Location: Fish bowl

Open Morrowind.ini file inside Morrowind folder/directory, change show FPS=0 to Show FPS=1. That is it.
