Where is the Fighter's guild in Vivec..
   

I am on the thieves quest that needs me to kill the head of the fighters guild in VIVEC. However, I cannot find the fighters guild. Tried Hall of Justice, Redoran, Foreign Quarter, Arena....nothin...

Probably right under my nose but I can't find it.

umm the fighter's guild IS right under yr nose mate! it's at the Foreign Quarters Plaza. highest floor.
