Fortify Attribute Spell
   

Does anyone know where I can buy a (Fortify Attribute Spell) ?
I am looking to Enchant a Exquisite Pendant or Ring with a Golden Saint Soul gem with a Constant Effect of Fortify Attribute .but Fortify attribute does not show up on my list of spells i am guessing that it is not there because i have to KNOW the spell first ??? or maybe i am just doing something wrong.can anyone help ?

Yes, you have to know the spell before you can use it for enchantment. I'm pretty sure you can cover all the abilities with the people in the Balmora Mage Guild.
