I have a problem with creating dialogues. I created a new topic, and made info for it, but the dialogue doesn't show up in the game. Also, what does the "*" next to some dialogues mean (mostly which I created)?

I've not played with dialogues myself, but there's a "binding" step where you assign the dialogue to an NPC. Is this what you've omitted?

As for the asterisk, the construction set places those against all changed items, so anything in your mod that's different from the base Morrowind.esm file will be tagged.
