Are all drivers up to date? Which windows, are other programs running in the background? How big is your swapfile?


Set the sound provider to DirectSound HW and disable reverb.

I have a soundblaster live 5.1,windows me ,geforce 2 mx,how do i change to directsound?

set the sound to directsound hw,disabled reverb still no luck,i get the error while my saved game is loading,game was running great till i installed my modem??

First try to copy your savegames to another location, then uninstall/reinstall Gothic.

After that you could uninstall the modem.
