Easter Egg!!

I found this very strange Kajitt guy on a small island directly east of Dagon Fell. It's kinda funny, he talks about dragons, moving corpses, and rope climbing (notable things not included into the game). Has anyone else found this funny character? I haven't used any plugins, thus I think it's a joke te developers put in?

No that is a user-created plug-in i believe. I remember seeing it at Morrowindfiles.com. (could be wrong, but i KNOW i saw a plugin just like that, it was a demonstration of certain scripting ideas, not much else)

EDIT -- i just realized that you say you havent used any plugins, sorry.
