Help Me Finding People in MW

Ok I got the second imperial Legions order from darius that is to cure the Queen in the eggmine of Blight but to do that I need to buy a scroll called Cure Blight. Darius told me his name was HETCHMAN or somethng like that and he is in GNISIS. WHERE DO I FIND THAT MAN WHO SELLS ME THE CURE BLIGHT SCROLL?

try looking in the temple of check the names of who lives in the houses (put cursor on door)

Ok I just need to find this place: Gnisis Commoner (residence)
There is HETMAN ABELMAWIA the one who sell the Cure Blight Scroll.
