Dwemer Tube

Anyone know where I can pick up a Dwemer tube for sugar-lips? I've found the bowl and cup but cant find the pipe..

i assume you didn't go to Hla Oad to get the dwarven artifacts. if u went there it should be in the chest where that Khajit (can't remember his name) is in the hut. either picklock the chest, steal the artifacts and run or taunt the khajit and get him to attack u first then after u kill him get the key for the chest off of him.

u can also find these artifacts in some dwarven sites around MW. hv u tried Arkngthand? it's near Fort Moonmoth.
