Since Old Camp is rather hostile nowdays, and very closed, I have not found anyone to buy a better armor from. I have the Regular Guards armor...
Anyone have any ideas? |

Wolf in NC perhaps...don't remember how advanced armour he had and if he was allowed to sell it to outsiders...
I know he'll give you a quest later on which results in you getting an armour from him... |

This is true just to certain point of game story...
Truly... from him you will get very very good armors (and for free  )...
Improved shadows armor was last I bought, better armors you will get from quests...
(Wolf, Xandras) or you will find them.
