VtM: Bloodlines - Patch 1.6 Available @ Gameguru Mania

Even though Troika is sadly gone, there is still this patch version 1.6 for VtM: Bloodlines available for download to Game Guru Mania...

An unofficial patch for Vampire: the Masquerade - Bloodlines is available (local US mirrror ~11.3MB) , bringing the first-person action role-playing game by Troika Games to version 1.6. Word is "This patch attempts to fix many bugs and improve other things but no guarantees are made, since not everything could be tested. It can be installed easily on top of the official 1.2 patch from Troika Games. Confirmations of fixes marked with a "*" would be nice, also reports of any other problems, glitches and non-crashing bugs that have been missed up until now."

It's really cool to see dedicated fans supporting a game from a dead company. I wonder if a sequel to this game will ever see the light. White-Wolf should entrust their license to someone who really wants to do justice to the license. I'm not saying that Bloodlines is a bad game. i loved both this and Redemption, but both titles sales are less than stellar.

The publisher hurt this one quite a bit, they sat on it for about a month then releasted it too close to HL2
