Right now: Plaid - New Family

My current playlist comprises 3 System Of A Down albums, 4 Belle And Sebastian albums, an assortment of Plaid tracks and the Hardwar soundtrack (by Autechre and other Warp Records geniuses).

I seem to be behind the times, but I found out recently that the Pixies have reformed.
I'm overjoyed, I hope they are actually still good and not totally past it (like the Velvet Undergorund's reunion gig - ugh).

I want to catch them on tour, but I doubt I'll be able to - they're only doing 2 dates in the UK, and one of those is already sold out even though the gig's not til July!

Opus Dei - Laibach

If you want to hear the godfathers of modern industrial music, you have to hear Laibach. Tho not the type of stuff you will find on the rack of some typical store, it's worth the wait of delivery time to get it online. They have many releases, and they always sound different to me. They even redo the beatles "let it be" album industrial style. Something else, these guys are true originals.

the ones Ive tried and liked are -
Nova Akropola - aggro industrial
Jesus Christ Superstars - semi-sacreligious industrial w/ hard rock flavor
Opus Dei - nationalist-classical flavored abstract industrial, dont like last 3 songs because of stupid overused sample. Half-german cd

Bauhaus - Spirit

i truly love this band, they are so timeless! This is prolly the 500th time I've heard this song, and its as great as the first time for another 500 times. I dont care what anyone says, 80's music will NEVER DIE!!

Not the most masculine fellas, but definitely true artists ='.'=
