Deus Ex: Invisible War - Demo Delayed |
|
A demo version of 'Deus Ex: Invisible War' was supposed to be released today. Looks like it's not gonna happen according to this story at Computer and Video Games. While the story at CVG doesn't go into details regarding any reasons for the delay, Voodoo Extreme seems to have learnt from Worthplaying that it's all FilePlanet's fault who will be offering the demo exclusively but obviously need to fix their download system first so no one can figure out how to hot-link to the file. Couldn't find the newsbit at Worthplaying confirming this story. They may have been asked by GameSpy/FilePlanet to pull it. |

That newsbit is from November 2003.

Our system does not automatically generate a forum post for every newsbit. They are only generated when someone clicks to add a comment (whether they actually comment or not and probably other circumstances I don't know about).
So...if you see an entry in the News Comments forum with zero comments, it's not likely to be a new news item - it's an old item someone dug up from our database but because the forum post was created at that moment, it carries the current date. _________________ Editor @ RPGDot |
