I went to Assemanu and...
   

... found the much talked about Robe of St Roris. I think there is another robe talked about in a (I dunno why) locked post below, (which is the one I was looking for) but I don't think is the same. This Roris robe ain't that great and he who talks about this other robe says something about 15 health per second constant effect. Any comments on this anyone?

The patch "fixed" the robe. Pre-patch, it would give you a constant 15 health; now, it has a charge and is pretty unspectacular. That would be why you're so unimpressed.
