| Test of Magic in Monastery |
|
Does anybody know what to do to become the Chosen One for Test of Magic?
NPCs are telling that only Innos himself (in his glory) can choose those who may take this test.
I either do not know if the Test of Magic differs from Test of Fire in the result.

Do your tasks as a novice, get accsess to the library and read all the books and you'll know |

You won't get acces to the library until you're a mage.

once all tasks are completed as a novice you will be granted access and the key to the library. Read every book there and you will trigger the dialog to begin the test of fire quest when you speak to pryrokar after being in the library and reading every book there.
novice tasks: talk to each mage, ask if you can do something for them (a task they want you to do) and then do what you are asked to do, you should kill a black wolf, take wine to the tavern, sweep the novice chambers, pass out food for the novices, find a recipe for a mage, and get some herbs for the same mage (his name slips my mind right now). I think that is all the tasks...then speak to the mage directly in front of the chapel and ask about library access then do as I outlined above.
I know this works as I have completed the game as a novice/mage, as welll as a merc/DH and militiaman/paladin. |
