Draconian Helper NPC plug-in
   

This Plugin inserts an NPC named Draco to the town of Seyda Neen. It's basically a GUI cheat that gives the option to modify the player as follows:

Give 1000 Gold.
Personal Protection.
Become a Vampire.
Remove Vampire Curse.
Clear the Bounty.
Cure Diseases.
Modify Ability.
Modify Attribute.
Modify Bonuses.
Modify Character.
Modify Derived Attribute.
Modify Resistance.
Modify Skill (All).
Modify Skill (Combat).
Modify Skill (Magicka).
Modify Skill (Stealth).
