I agree that the gnome portraits might do good halfling.

As for your suggestion Val, I suppose I don't have as much imagination as
you have. I guess that's too much for my puny brain

Danicek: Thanks, I tried it.. Ennemy seems to move faster indeed. I put
it a x25, and it seems I could barely see them moving in combat.

Thanks again

I'm quite happy with my party the way it is right now, I just have some
concern about my monk, it seems that you need to spread the stats pts
a little, since he needs a little bit of everything...

It depends on how you play him. Do you want to hit 'em hard, or hit 'em a lot? Do you want have the first swing, or would you rather cast the final spell? My monks have been female human for decent stamina and the early stamina item. I like to swing first, and swing often. This means lots of speed (which give some defensive bonuses as well) and some senses. Once those are moving up the ladder, it's nice to swing a little harder, so then I start boosting strength. Since I don't use the spell abilities much, intelligence and piety are good enough as they start. Not hitting as often as you like or getting hit too often- throw some points in dexterity. My current monk -level 18- has maxed out speed and has 70+ in strength, dex, and senses. She's more balanced in stat points than any other member of my party, just as you say.
