Help - where to find grave of Quazardehon (NOTR related)?

Where is the grave of QQuazardehon or whatever his name is in the new world of NOTR? I need to read some document aloud in front of its grave.

Where is it?

The teleport runes only work on the "map" in which they were originally found.

So the Valley of Mines pass rune will only work when you are in the Valley of Mines. It does not work in Khorinis.

You can recognize when you change maps by the "Loading ...." screen that happens during the transfer.
