How do I rent a room at the Tradehouse?
   

For the life of me I can't figure out how to rent a room for the night at the Tradehouse in the first town. There don't appear to be any dialog options relating to rooms nor are there any "room keys" or such in the barter screen... I know I can go outside of town and sleep there or use the bedroll in the Custom's office but everyone says that there are "rooms" available at the tradehouse.

It puzzled me for a while too, then i just picked me a own house - as you cannot rent a bed in that town friend.
