It shows them choreographing and filming a fight between Obi-wan and Anakin along with some other stuff. Can't wait to see little Ani have his butt handed to him! ;p

Just the choreography renders make some of those lightsaber duels look worth the wait.

If there is a god, this movie will be as good as Empire Strikes Back for similar reasons... evil kicks good's butt all over the place.

I read somewhere they actually made sure that each actor was fighting using the lightsaber form appropriate for his character (Anakin uses form 5, Obi-Wan form 4, etc.). Really impressive.

I agree with Xen about evil smashing good. But, ultimately, that brat Anakin will have to lose a fight, get beaten, be humiliated, have his face disfigured, and possibly lose a limb or two in the process (isn't this the episode where he loses a hand?). And that scene alone will make the movie worth watching.

Obi-Wan critically injures his lungs so that he is unable to survive for more than a few minutes without the life support system that his black armor provide (his meditation chamber that you see in Empire is very low pressure so his damaged lungs are able to breathe in it). In the comics this was a plunge into molten steel but it would be more sensible if it was a simple slash with a lightsaber.

And he already lost his hand fighting Count Dooku in Attack of the Clones.

Well, ideally, he could have his lungs injured and then thrown into molten steel or lava.

D'oh, I had forgotten about that. He could always lose his hand again, though. And I read on the unofficial encyclopedia that the Darth Vader suit was used to recreate certain limbs (in the plural). So maybe he will lose a leg or an arm.

edit: This is what Nick Gillard, the swordmaster of Episode 3, had to say about the swordfighting: "In the next film, Ewan [McGregor] has more than 1,000 moves, which are more complicated to learn than dialogue. The climactic fight scene is, at 12 minutes, the longest fight scene in cinema history." (source)

Anyone with a stopwatch and a copy of Kill Bill care to check the length of the tea-house fight scene? I was under the impression that it was much, much longer than 12 minutes. Maybe they have a different definition of fight-scene.

I think I'm going to cheer when Anikin gets pushed into the lava. Please let it be the molten lava.

I agree with Val, too bad that Lucas won't put me in the movie to do it myself.
