main quest bug

Ok so I just finished the quest from Caisius to get the info from his three informants in Vivec. When I returned he told me I had corpus and that I must get it cured. I know I didnt have it so I looked up a walkthrough to find out what went wrong. I found my game skipped a bunch a quests that I was not able to access. I went to Illunibi and the Dagoth was not there, so now I do not know how to get corpus and move on with the game. Any advise?

Jezrael - not a newbie to Morrowind but a newbie to the forum.

Have you downloaded the patch? I haven't heard of that bug before but the patch fixes a lot

Not necessarily...

You *can* get corprus before you reach that mission. It's a bit of a pig but if you just put up with it and continue with Caius' missions, when you get to "the corprus mission" things will continue as normal.

Nothing to worry about, but a bit of a pain for a while. Can you get it cured early as well as caught early? Don't know. Depending on how many missions you have to go before Illunibi, it may not be worth bothering about.
