Welcome, Adanos. I hope you will enjoy your time in this board. 
Due to the miscommunication between the publishers, the release date of English NotR is not yet confirmed. However, cothyso et al. developed a subtitle translation, which can be applied to the German NotR. This sticky thread may give you a start.
Before going any further, please look around, and read and comprehend all the infos posted in the sticky threads, as some of which may have already covered your question.
Off-topic, regarding to your sig: I don't know if the god Adanos will ever show His face to us.

Everything has been said before about this topic. One of the 5 fixed threads has all known infos about the release of the English add-on. Itīs unclear when or if it will be released.
