I'm in chapter 2, and I know your suppose to be able to free gorn with 1000 gold, but when I walk to the guard I don't get the quest to free him, and diego wont talk about it, so I can't get his money. Can I only free him in chapter 3, or did I screw up? |

First, talk to Milten about setting Gorn free. Then talk to Gerond about the ransom. After that, you can talk to both Milten and Diego about getting money, and then give the 1000 gold coins to Gerond, not the guard.

Milten can give you at least 300 gold
Garond sets you on a mission, if you have completed it you can get 500 gold from him.  |

It 's better to do the other quest for Garond before you ask him to free Gorn. I believe that way it didn't cost you 1000 but 500 gold.

thanks every one, yeah talking to milten was the key, Bartacus are you sure? if thats true then I guess I'll have to remember that for my second charecter. |

right of the ork ram there is a destroyed tower in there you will find the purse of gorn 
and you get money from milten and diego so it should be no problem to get those 1000 gold!!
hmm, i wonder if i go back to khorinis could i get money from lee and from lester????? i should check that

but you see the money I got from them,goes to heavy militia armour, gorns gonna have to stay put, since i gotta show off my new suit. |
