America to go into a state of Civil war: 2005

I do not necessarly believe this, but its a good read:

John Titor and his predictions

John Titor is a man supposably from the year 2036, he came back to our time for a "mission", his predictions and photographs of his "time machine" are on the linked page.
Alot of it does sound believable, but we wont know till the American Civil War of 2005 now will we?

For your information, I take this as a grain of salt untill I see proof of a State of Civil War in my neighbor to the south.
Take a look at the page and see for yourself...
And please elaborate! Cheers

I don't think time travel will ever be possible by our choice. So I must agree with Val.

I’d imagine that Crack would be the drug of choice in this scenario due to its ability to cause substantial mental problems, but in this case this person doesn’t even sound like a convincing ‘future dweller’ I’d say that this is a person just looking for attention. But should we just play along, try picking something further than 2-5 years as a second American Civil war, or better yet, try an invasion of Iran in 2010 that leads to a conservative vs. liberal rumble, it’s much more believable.

I can see a civil war against Vermont. Those guys prefer to be communists. I am sure the rest of US will take pleasure crushing them.

Yeesh. This link seems to pop up everywhere I go. It's fast on its way to becoming an internet legend if it isn't one already. Well, we'll see how John's predictions hold up in a year. Joeman, we'll teach those Vermont folks to a thing or two!

You may be right.

@Joeman: Vermont is the least of our worries. The People's Republic of California has more cannon fodder than Vermont.
